1, supporting facilities, the guarantee of the success of modern breeding lies in the automation of environmental control and advanced equipment,  Such as heating system (warm air furnace + water + induced draft fan, air duct pieces), ventilation and cooling system (lateral longitudinal fan fan + side window + +) and matching of the damp curtain water cycle system, water supply system (water + spare Wells or reservoirs + + filter + pumps dosing device, automatic nipple type water line), feeder system (bulk skip + bulk bin deputy stockline + + + is main line tray)  , power supply system (high-voltage line + transformer + standby generator set with equivalent power), humidification system (automatic fog line or special humidifier), online breeding (steel bed + plastic mat net or special plastic bed for breeding), etc.  

2, rack  

(1) Support, most of them are welded with Angle steel, but also with cement purlin, bamboo, square wood and so on.  

(2) bed surface, 10-12 steel welded from;  16-18 cold drawn steel wire from pulling;  Bamboo bed surface (double planed);  Wood bed surface (double-sided plane light) and so on, according to local conditions, local materials, convenient use, cheap price.  

(3) cushion mesh, mesh size moderate elastic plastic cushion mesh.  When the bed surface is dense, the mesh of the pad is appropriately large (generally not more than 2×2cm²);  When the bed surface is sparse, the mesh of the mat mesh is appropriately small (1.5×1.5cm²).  It is suitable for the growth and development of broilers and conducive to excrement leakage.  

Three, broiler farm equipment  

1, fan  

(1) Longitudinal fans are generally installed in the distal end of the chicken house (sewage side), negative pressure ventilation, the number of fans is about 6-8, if it is to install 8, often limited by the size of the chicken house building, there are two to be installed on the side wall (distal).  Fan power in 1.1-1.4kW/unit.  The function of longitudinal fan is to meet the needs of ventilation, heat dissipation and cooling in the late period of broiler breeding and hot season.  

(2) Side fans, evenly distributed on one side of the chicken house, negative pressure ventilation, the number of fans is about 4-6.  Power in 0.2-0.4kW/unit.  Lateral fans are mainly used to meet the basic needs of poultry for moderate ventilation during the incubation period. In cold seasons, breeding will also mainly rely on lateral fans for ventilation. The effective combination of lateral fans and longitudinal fans supports the normal operation of the whole ventilation system.  

2, wet curtain  

(1) Paper curtain is better, durable, no deformation, the normal service life is more than ten years.  

(2) water circulation system, water pump, water inlet pipe, spray device, return pipe, water tank or pool.  

(3) The role of wet curtain is mainly summer heat prevention and cooling.  Especially in dry hot weather, the cooling effect is very good (can effectively cool 6-8℃), if it is hot and humid weather, the effect will be reduced or even no obvious cooling effect.  Wet curtain cooling principle is dry hot air through the wet curtain, resulting in water evaporation and heat absorption, so that the dry hot air into relatively large humidity of low temperature air.  Factors affecting the wet curtain cooling effect, the thickness of the damp curtain (wet curtain thickness can increase the time and the effect of the hot air cooling), wind speed (wet curtain outlet area is generally is the largest area of more than twice, can make the wind speed not too fast and affect the cooling effect), air humidity, the temperature of the circulating water (as may be necessary in the circulating water with ice help to improve the cooling effect), and so on.  

3, warm air furnace, the role of warm air furnace is mainly heating, divided into flue and warm air duct two lines, it is very noteworthy that the flue can not leak smoke, at the same time, try to avoid flue and warm air duct across the ceiling too close, so as not to high temperature or smoke leakage and cause fire.  Now there are also warm air furnaces with water heating facilities and humidification function (to produce steam), which is a contribution to the health of the brood.  

4, waterline, choose the source of zhengyuan poultry equipment automatic drinking water line, nipple quality is much better (durable, not dripping), filter and dosing device is necessary (is also vulnerable to damage, ready spare parts at any time, so as not to affect the production).  

5, feed line, feed line is divided into main line and auxiliary line, main line installation position and Angle is very important, so as not to screw and tube wall caused unnecessary damage, the main line task is to feed from the bin to the chicken coop in the auxiliary line hopper;  The auxiliary material line is the horizontal material line in the chicken house, according to the breeding situation in the chicken house timely and accurately adjust the position of the material position device, its task is to hit the feed from the hopper to each material tray.  

6, bulk bin, modern healthy breeding automation is the first to solve the problem of artificial feeding, bulk bin is an essential part of the automatic feeding system, can be a chicken house, can also be shared by two chicken houses.  In order to facilitate the assessment, it is recommended that each chicken house a bulk bin is better;  If two chicken houses share a bin, not only the assessment is not clear, the key is to breed late when broilers take more food, because of feed production, road, weather and affect the pull material, because the feed reserve is not enough easy to lead to insufficient feed supply and affect weight gain.
