1. Stunning method of livestock and poultry slaughter

In the way of stunned livestock and poultry slaughter, there are mainly two kinds of mechanical stunning and carbon dioxide stun.

In the 1970s, the Netherlands developed a manual electric stun stick, but the stun method is inefficient, and is currently mainly used as an auxiliary equipment. The Midas fully automatic low-voltage and high-frequency electric stunning machine produced by the Netherlands STORK company is relatively advanced, and can achieve 3-point automatic stunning. In the mid-1970s, Denmark developed a carbon dioxide stunning system, but there are disadvantages such as high cost and long time. At present, the Frontmatec carbon dioxide stunning system produced by SFK can be used in combination with an automatic conveyor belt to ensure the rapid stunning of live pigs. Effectively avoid the occurrence of stress reactions.

2. Slaughter hair removal equipment

The Dutch company MPS produces pig dehairing process equipment: Q-line steam scalding tunnel and Q-line Tarzan dehairing machine. The Q-line steam scalding tunnel passes through the temperature control system and heat exchanger to achieve the best results by adjusting parameters such as time and temperature. The scalding efficiency can reach 200 to 1600 heads/h, but it mainly adopts manual-assisted semi-automation. production line.

The DDM240-2-2 type equipment designed by BANSS company can achieve 240 pigs/h, and can realize the fully enclosed transfer between scalding and scalding. Its BE series equipment for cattle and horse skinning is suitable for installation into continuous and batch slaughtering equipment. The APE4 robot developed by SFK can perform automatic abdominal incision and removal of internal organs after the hair removal process. However, its processing range is limited (1.5-2.1 m), which cannot satisfy the processing of carcasses with large differences in body shape.

3. Sheep carcass automatic processing equipment

The automatic processing of sheep carcasses is mainly concentrated in Australia and New Zealand. The magic shearing robot developed by the University of Western Australia, through the bionic manipulator and capacitive sensor, makes the processing effect better than manual processing. New Zealand has developed a semi-automatic production line from stunning to carcass splitting, which requires manual preparation for cutting.
