The "Environmental Protection Law", "Animal Husbandry Law", "Technical Guidelines for the Delimitation of Prohibited Areas for Livestock and Poultry Breeding", etc. No breeding farms shall be established in environmental protection areas, scenic spots, residential areas, scientific and cultural areas and other prescribed places, and a series of regulations have been made on the closure, relocation and related reward and punishment measures of breeding farms. After 2018, environmental protection policies were relaxed, and while adhering to environmental protection, more emphasis was placed on flexible management. Multiple national departments have successively issued documents to regulate the unreasonable phenomena such as “one size fits all” in the implementation of environmental protection policies.

In recent years, the development of modern society has greatly improved people's quality of life.
